Setting Up a New Rule

1. Basic Rule Information

  • Name: Provide a descriptive name to easily identify the rule.

  • Active: Use the toggle to enable or disable the rule. Enabled rules immediately apply when triggered.

2. Defining Conditions

Conditions determine whether the main action or the alternative (else) action will be performed. Refer to “” section for more information on conditions.

Main Conditions

These conditions are checked first. If all main conditions are met, the primary action executes immediately, and alternative conditions are ignored.

Click "Add Condition" to add more conditions. Use "Remove Condition" to delete unnecessary conditions.

Alternative Conditions

These conditions would be checked only if the main conditions are not met. If any alternative condition is satisfied, the primary action executes. The list of possible alternative conditions is the same as the list of the main ones.

Click "Add Alternative Condition" to add more conditions. Use "Remove Condition" to delete.

3. Defining Actions

Actions are performed based on the evaluation of your defined conditions.

If Condition is true: This action occurs if either the main conditions or any alternative conditions are satisfied.

Else Action (Optional): Executes only if none of the defined conditions (main or alternative) are met.

4. Finalizing the Rule

After setting up conditions and actions:

  • Click "Save" to activate your rule.

  • Click "Cancel" to discard all changes made.

Refer to “” section for more information on available actions and their configuration.
