The Actions tab allows you to create, manage, and customize rules to automate actions performed on your orders based on predefined conditions.

The Actions tab allows you to create, manage, and customize rules to automate actions performed on your orders based on predefined conditions.

Each rule listed here can be individually controlled and configured using the following options:
Activate/Deactivate Rule: Use the toggle switch to turn rules on or off quickly. An active rule will automatically apply to relevant orders.
Edit Rule: Use the pencil icon to modify an existing rule, allowing you to adjust conditions and actions.
Duplicate Rule: Use the copy icon to quickly create a duplicate of an existing rule, useful when you need similar rules with slight variations.
Delete Rule: Use the trash bin icon to permanently remove a rule from your system. Be careful, as this action cannot be undone.
Use the drag handle (three vertical dots) on the left side of each rule to reorder the priority in which rules are applied. Rules higher in the list have priority over lower ones.
To create a new rule, navigate to the Rule Creation tab by clicking the "Create New Rule" button and than edit it. For detailed instructions on setting conditions and actions for your rules, refer to the Rule Edit section of this documentation.
