Upon entering Easy Export, you will find yourself on the main page, where a comprehensive list of your exports awaits. Each configuration comes complete with essential details, providing you with a clear and informative overview of your export settings.
Type - indicates the export type (Open Orders / Processed Orders/ Refunds / Returns)
Name - name of the export defined by a user
File Type - predefined report format
Destination - where the report to be exported: sent by email or saved to Amazon S3 or FTP Server
Last Generated - displays when the previous export of the file happened
Next Generation - informs when the next export is going to happen
Quick Actions available:
While using "Run Now" Button two options are available:
Run without time affecting - the export will be generated now, but the time of previous export will not be changed. This option is highly recommended if you are using "From previous run" filter in any date columns, so that for the scheduled export previous run time stays according to the schedule set
Run affecting time - the current generation will be set as the last generated export
