# Basic Settings
* **Chose the export type:** Open Orders, Processed Orders, Returns or Refunds
* **Enter a user-friendly name for the export to easily identify it among all the configurations**
* **Add a description that indicates the specific data being exported (optional)**
* **Set your preferred schedule**
***You can select hourly, daily, weekly, monthly, or yearly run of the export***
***For daily runs, choose the exact time or set it to every hour***
***For weekly runs, predefine specific day(s) and time or set it to run every day at your preferred time or every hour.***
***For monthly runs, choose the exact date(s) in a month or specific day(s) in a week, along with the export time.***
***Yearly schedule allows selecting specific month(s), date(s) or day(s) in a week, and export time.***

Please be cautious when selecting both a specific date and a day of the week in your export configuration. Doing so will cause the report to be generated only when both conditions are met simultaneously.

#### Once the Basic Configuration is completed, click on the button at the bottom of the screen to proceed to Column Setting
