Mapping services

Adding services

• Go to Shipping > Integrations > Services on the needed integration line.

• Select the needed service from the dropdown and click Add

• A new line is added for the given service marked in the Status column as New.

• Name or link the Linnworks Postal Service that will be associated with the shipping service:

  • To create a new Postal Service together with the shipping service, check and amend the name in the Linnworks Service column, whether needed.

  • To link the service to an existing Linnworks Postal Service, click on the button > select the needed Postal Service name > click Pick.

Editing service options

• Go to Shipping > Integrations > Services on the needed integration line.

• Select the needed service from the dropdown and click Edit

Signature Required Option for EVRI Services

EVRI END - Next Day and ESD - Standard services support an optional Signature Required feature.

To enable this option, you'll need to configure the service accordingly within the integration setup.

Shipping > Integrations > Services > Edit > Signature Required

If you're using both versions of a service (with and without signature), make sure to map the same Huxloe service twice to the Linnworks postal service:

• One mapping should have the Signature Required option enabled.

• The other should have it disabled.

⚠️ Note: By default, the Signature Required option is disabled. You must enable it manually as needed.
