Application installation

Linnworks Custom shipping integrations require the respective application to first be installed on your Linnworks account. This can be done via the Application Store by following the steps below:

• Go to Shipping > Integrations and click the Add Integration button.

• Find the integration and click Install to start the application installation process.

• Read through and confirm you agree with the Third Party terms and conditions and follow the installation wizard.

• Allow the screen to be refreshed and proceed with the integration steps below.

Integration steps

• Once the application is installed, go to Shipping > Integrations and click the Add Integration button.

• Find the integration and click Integrate to start the integration process.

• Enter an Account Name the integration will appear under in Linnworks.net and click Next.

• Enter Customer Details and click Next.

• Tenant ID - provided by Huxloe. required

• API Key - provided by Huxloe. required

• User ID - provided by Huxloe. required

• EORI Number - required

• VAT Number - required

• IOSS Number - required

• Origin of parcel - set according to ISO-3166-1 (f.e. GB) required

• Test - set a stage or a live version of the URL will be used in the integration

You can also set Sender Details:

• Sender's name

• Address line 1

• Address line 2

• Address line 3

• Town

• Region

• Postcode

• Country

After the integration is complete, some of the above details can be checked and amended and additional options for configuration are available when clicking on the Config button in Shipping > Integrations
