The macro sets all order items and shipping with tax rate 0%

The order consists of: SKU 1 - tax rate 10% SKU 2 - tax rate 5%

Shipping - tax rate 20%

Macro sets all the tax rates to 0%

Result in Linnworks order: SKU 1 - tax rate 0%

SKU 2 - tax rate 0%

Shipping - tax rate 0%
