Name & Description

Add a friendly name that will allow you to identify a particular configuration among others and a description (optional)

Shop Info
  • Subsource - should match the Subsource name in Linnworks for the sync

  • Store URL - should be in format shopname.myshopify.com

  • Shopify token - corresponds to Admin API token of the private app

Product Filtering

You can filter the products for sync per each configuration for your convenience.

Filtering options:

  • by category - checks the Linnworks standard Category field in the inventory item details

  • by extended property - you can specify the extended property name and value of the specific products

If no filters are applied the entire inventory is considered for sync.

Sync Options

You can select which type of sync you prefer for a specific configuration, or both.

Options available:

  • Sync prices - will update price on Shopify. If you use item extended property to indicate the compare-at-price of the product, you can map it here and compare-at-price will be updated on Shopify as well.

  • Sync tags - will update the tags of the product based on the listing template. All the item extended properties values that are mapped to product tags in the corresponding listing template will be pushed to Shopify.

Scheduling

If you regularly schedule imports to update item details in Linnworks or perform manual updates, you can conveniently schedule a sync with Shopify immediately afterward. This ensures that your Shopify store consistently displays relevant data to your customers, eliminating any concerns about outdated information.

You are now all set. The configuration process is complete, and from this point forward, Advanced Shopify Catalog Sync will work tirelessly for you. Your scheduled updates will be pushed to Shopify automatically, based on your specified preferences and intervals.

If you ever need to make changes to your configuration or wish to pause or remove it as well as push updates on-demand, the quick Actions section is available for you on the main screen.

On the main screen, you can also effortlessly check the main details of every configuration, including the last update time and the schedule for the next sync. This centralized view gives you a quick glance at the status of all your configurations, ensuring you stay informed and in control.
