# View and Manage Order Notes

#### Clicking on ![](https://555966920-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2Fh3gmH7ANwC5KkFMwK5cG%2Fuploads%2FvrfujCbPKc8JsYnDxcgH%2Fimage.png?alt=media\&token=8475810f-effd-48ae-bba0-63e4e930ee8f) button will display an additional section on your open orders screen with the notes existing on the order

#### The user can view all the notes for the orders as well as manage them:

* ***Clicking on the "note box" will open the edit window, where the user can check the full note's details and edit it if necessary***

The user will be asked to confirm the action to prevent any accidental deletion.***

* ***If there are more than 3 notes on the order the user can view them all using a ">" icon in the bottom right corner of the notes section for a particular order***&#x20;
