Linnworks Custom shipping integrations require the respective application to first be installed on your Linnworks account. This can be done via the Application Store by following the steps below:
Go to Shipping > Integrations and click the Add Integration button.
Find the integration and click Install to start the application installation process.
Read through and confirm you agree with the Third Party terms and conditions and follow the installation wizard.
Allow the screen to be refreshed and proceed with the integration steps below.
Once the application is installed, go to Shipping > Integrations and click the Add Integration button.
Find the integration and click Integrate to start the integration process.
Enter an Account Name the integration will appear under in Linnworks.net and click Next.
Enter Customer Details and click Next.
Delis ID - required.
Delis Password - required.
DPD Customer Number - required.
Sender’s information:
Sender's name
Sender’s street address
Zip code
City
Country Code
Enter the Shipper Address used by DPD drivers for collecting packages for despatch and returns.
After the integration is complete, some of the above details can be checked and amended and additional options for configuration are available when clicking on the Config button in Shipping > Integrations
