  • Despatch notes: If ticked, Linnworks will automatically submit a despatch notification along with tracking number and Shipping Service to AliExpress and mark the order as shipped.

NB! The shipping service name for the used service must match one from the list of shipping templates.

  • Order sync date: This shows the date and time Linnworks last synced with the channel.

NB! Only new orders meant to be fulfilled by the merchant are retrieved from the channel and saved to Open Orders in Linnworks with unpaid status.

  • Cancellation notes: Not supported by this channel.

  • Refund notes: Not supported by this channel.
